June 28 Teaching and Meditation: The Benefits of Meditation In These Troubled Times

What is Meditation? It is a mind that concentrates on a virtuous object, and that is the main cause of mental peace. The more our mind is acquainted with virtue; the more calm and peaceful it becomes. When our mind is peaceful, we experience true happiness and are free from worries and mental discomfort.

 

In this half-day class, Jun Miranda will guide us on how to train our mind through meditation.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy and discover how to find happiness from a different source – meditation.
